As a novice mother, I always try to find new ways to entertain my one-year old daughter. Museum visit is one of them. During the visit, I noticed that my daughter is so attracted by the modern and contemporary art, impressionism, fauvism, abstractism, their large size and their elements of vibrant colors caught the eye of my little one.
It is from there that I came up with this project: color and memory. Childhood is fulfilled with colors, colorful toys, colorful clothes and colorful room decorations. All these things with colors will deposit in memory and subconsciousness that will finally nourish the entire life.
I want to record these precious moments and their colors and here we are: a series of 7 vibrant colors inspired by Maurizio Cattelan, Matisse, Picasso, Kandinsky...
Memories are blurred, but the color will never fade away.
